Pieces from the House of Faberge such as a dish made of rock crystals, a silver lamp and a necklace with precious gems have been restored and will soon become part of the Faberge Museum collection. They can currently be seen in the Hermitage’s Treasure Gallery.

September 9, 2011 – February 12, 2012 St. Louis, Missouri Chess Masterpieces: Highlights from the Dr. George and Vivian Dean Collection
The move of the World Chess Hall of Fame to St. Louis, Missouri, was inaugurated with an exhibition of chess sets including the only two known Fabergé chess sets.
October 22, 2011 - January 31, 2012 Bob Jones Museum and Gallery, Greenville, South Carolina Rublev to Fabergé: The Journey of Russian Art and Culture to America
An icon exhibition highlighting works by Andrei Rublev (1360’s – 1427 or 1429), Russian painter of icons and frescoes, features the 1915 Red Cross Portraits Egg by Fabergé – the only egg with a painted Russian icon as a surprise.
November 8, 2011 – March 25, 2012 The Prado, Madrid, Spain The Hermitage in the Prado
Loan exhibition from the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, includes a rock crystal vase with bachelor buttons and wheat by Fabergé.
Opened November 22, 2011 The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City
Fabergé from the Matilda Geddings Gray Foundation Collection is on extended loan from the New Orleans Museum of Art.
2012 The Houston Museum of Natural Science in its Cullen Hall of Gems and Minerals continues to have a rotating collection of Fabergé objects on display from the McFerrin Collection. A permanent exhibition will open later in this year.
May 15 - 25, 2012 Wartski, London A Diamond Jubilee Tribute: Fabergé from a Private Collection
Fabergé exhibition celebrates the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II marking the 60th anniversary of her accession to the thrones of seven countries upon the death of her father, King George VI, on February 6, 1952.
