These are the dogs are currently owned by Rockytop. I do not keep many dogs as I only breed one or two litters per year and I am very active in obedience and agility. I have titled three coonhounds in Open Obedience. I have also titled one coonhound in Open Standard Agility and Novice Jumpers With Weaves. I only own a few dogs, so that I have the time to devote to each dog.

Ch. Rockytop Dynasty of Sumar CD

PEDIGREE		 Ch. Rockytop Dynasty of Sumar, CD ("Dusty") finished his championship in very limited showing. He is OFA certified and CERFd. Dusty has been busy making his mark as an outstanding sire.

Rockytop Sumar Bawlin' Bertha (Bertha)
PEDIGREE
Bertha is the daughter of Ch. Sumar's Cinnamon Heart sired by Ch. Bodaciously Gustavus. At the age of 6 months and 1 week, she took first place in a very competitive Bred By Exhibitor Class at the National Specialty in Raleigh, North Carolina. She now has 5 points, 1 major. She has been bred to Rockytop Once And Future King. Pups should be due in March.

Rockytop Once And Future King

PEDIGREE
Rockytop Once And Future King ("Wart") was named after the book by T.H. White that chronicles the life and times of King Arthur. Wart's sire is Ch. Southchase Can You Do Magic ("Merlyn") so the name seemed appropriate.
Update: Wart was shown two days at the Priceville shows this past weekend (November, 2007). He was awarded two majors. He how has 9 points, 3 majors.


Foxfire Rockytop Desperado

Foxfire Rockytop Desperado ("Butch") is a Dusty grandson. His sire is Ch. Hothouse-Foxfire Snakeroot ("Zeke") and his dam is Ch. Iainliam Annie Get Your Coon ("Maddie"). He was bred by long time coonhound breeder, Robert Urban. He has a great temperament and will be in the obedience rings as well as the conformation rings.
