Natural progesterone is the key to women's health

Many health problems and risks women encounter throughout their adult years are related to estrogen dominance (too much estrogen and/or not enough progesterone). It is most commonly seen in women over 35, however, younger women including teen age girls are by no means immune to such hormonal imbalance. Restoring the balance by increasing progesterone level with natural progesterone cream is the key to preventing and successfully fighting back a wide range of women's health problems. I feel very fortunate that I came to learn about it before it was too late.

After hysterectomy and ovary removal, my doctor advised me to take estrogen to prevent menopausal symptoms, bone loss and premature aging. I thought it was the right thing to do. After 2 years I started to notice many signs of declining health. Little did I know that taking estrogen was part of the problem. Now I know it is natural progesterone that maintains healthy bone and prevents premature aging and estrogen should never be used without progesterone. Furthermore, my surgery might not have been necessary if I was using progesterone cream back then.

I started using natural progesterone cream in May 1998. I am getting stronger and regaining my health. I have been telling this to every woman around me, and finding out most of them were given wrong advice and have been suffering needlessly. This web site is part of my effort to share this information with as many women as I can.

Doctors routinely prescribe estrogen when the estrogen dominance is part of the problem, or even when they identify progesterone deficiency correctly they opt for the synthetic fake progesterone, contributing to rather than solving a wide range of women's health problems. It is disturbing, to say the least, that this is done when the nature's own solution, the natural progesterone is readily available.

If this is the first time you heard of "estrogen dominance" and "natural progesterone cream", you are about to learn very important information for women's health.

Restoring the hormonal balance by supplementing natural progesterone is the key to preventing and successfully fighting back a wide range of women's health problems. There is no need to contaminate your body with synthetic fake prescription hormones with a long list of side effects. Natural progesterone is readily available. It is sold as skin cream, which was originally developed as a moisturizer and has no side effects.

Some of the health problems and risks that are associated with estrogen dominance are: Menstrual Cramping, PMS, osteoporosis, breast cancer, fibrocystic breasts, uterine cancer, endometriosis, fibroid, early miscarriages, infertility, high blood pressure, bloating, blood clotting (increased risk of strokes), fat gain, allergies, autoimmune disorders such as lupus erythematosus and thyroiditis, irregular or heavy bleeding, low energy, low stress resistance, exaggerated stress reactions, menopausal symptoms, and more. It may be hard to believe that such a wide variety of health problems are linked to estrogen dominance and supplementing progesterone can be the key to effectively fighting back. If you learn the multiple roles progesterone plays in a woman's body, you will see it makes sense.

Important:In some cases, progesterone is the only missing link to your optimal health. In many cases, however, when you start supplementing natural progesterone it is best to address the nutritional and lifestyle causes that lead to the estrogen dominance to begin with. (See Health Basics)
