My involvement with a project typically starts shortly after the sales contact. I typically participate in the development of proposals, estimates, and quotations. This helps me bring projects in on time and under budget. After completing the detailed design for a job I break it down for the engineers and developers. As it all comes together I orchestrate the integration and testing.
