IMPORTANT!!! Your talent INTERVIEWEE will have the same
number as you do in the other group.
We will need a volunteer from each
group to
supervise graphics (set and switch
graphics during the production)
run prompter (load prompter copy
before and run prompter during production)
See Dr. Mc to volunteer.
Interviewers bring your copy for the
prompter on an IBM formatted disk, saved in a .txt file. The file should be saved with YOUR NAME and
production group #. Example:
McMullenCBS-7.txt LABEL your disk with
your filename and leave it on the desk by the prompter when you come to
class. Similarly, be sure all CARTS are
LABELED for the show in which they will be used or by the DIRECTOR=s name Example: FOOTEABC-1.
All students must be in the studio
by 9:20:00 SHARP!!! If at all possible,
please be hear by9:15 or earlier.
For our TV commercials, we had so
many students late for class, we barely had a full crew for the first
productions. Dr. Mc will LOCK THE
DOORS if this happens again. Students not present will receive an AF@ for this full assignment.
We need to have cameras set, levels
checked, etc. and additional persons are necessary for the completion of those
tasks.
