The IRC is a marvel that allows users from all over the world to log onto different channels and exchange messages with one another in real time. Due South has its own IRC channel on the EFnet IRC network, #duesouth, which allows fans of the show to meet, discuss the program, and goof around. Similar channels with different names may exist on the EFnet or the DALnet networks.
